Material on this website is owned by the Himachal Pradesh Human Rights Commission (HPHRC), Shimla, unless stated otherwise. It may be reproduced free of charge, in any format or medium, after taking proper permission by writing to hphrc-shi@hp.gov.in.

Permission is given on the following conditions:

• the material is reproduced accurately;
• it is not used in a derogatory manner or in a misleading context;
• the source is acknowledged prominently, for example: “Source: Himachal Pradesh Human Rights Commission, Shimla”.

This permission does not extend to any material on this site that belongs to a third party, such as material from other departments, photographs or documents marked with another owner. Permission to reproduce such material must be obtained from the department or copyright holder concerned.

The names, emblem and logo of the Commission and of the Government of Himachal Pradesh may not be used without written permission.
