Filing a complaint online
- Choose Complaints → New Complaint in the menu.
- Log in with your Himachal Pradesh single sign-on account when asked (use Login at the top of the page).
- Fill in the complainant, incident, opposite party and relief details. Fields marked with are required.
- Attach any supporting documents and submit. You can see your complaints later under Complaints → My Complaints.
You can also download the complaint form, fill it in and send it to the Commission by post or by hand.
Checking case status
Open Case Status and search with your case or complaint number.
Finding information
- Use the main menu at the top of every page, or see the Sitemap for a list of all pages.
- Acts, rules, reports and forms are under Downloads.
Accessibility
- Use the decrease, normal and increase text size buttons at the top of the page to change the text size.
- Press Tab once after a page loads and then Enter to skip to the main content.
